Hijab & Me is registered company in Malaysia and intended to be a one stop centre for modest hijab that caters Asia market.
All the content in Hijab & Me that includes pictures, digital images, text, data, surveys, contests, promotions, vouchers, advertising, logo, trademarks are all property of Hijab & Me. We have the copyrights and all the content taken must be informed or credited. Downloading or storing this content does not rendering the customer or visitor the rights nor ownership to it.
Making an Order
Please ensure you have selected the intended garment, correct design and colors before clicking purchase button. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes once the purchase is done. However you can contact us directly for any enquiries and please refer to our exchange or return policy.
All the orders made before 12 noon Malaysia time (GMT+8.00 Mon-Fri) will be posted on the same day. The orders made over the weekend or public holiday will be processed and posted on the 1st working day after the holiday. Order from Malaysia will be posted via PosLaju Malaysia. PosLaju makes deliveries Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia).
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control on the duration of the delivery, depending on where you are.
All payments have to be made by means specified by Hijab & Me. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared. Hijab & Me is using Senangpay and Paypal.
Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Exchange and Refund
To return the damaged, wrong, faulty or defect items (apart from bought items) within 7 days for local purchased and 28 days for international purchased of receipt date for a refund. Any delay will not be entertained. Items returned must be in their original condition, which include tags and packaging.
The goods are customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure to pack your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This includes the boxes, packaging and tags. Our company is not responsible for any items that are returned in error.
We recommend you to use any postage service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain proof of posting. The returned costs are customers’ responsibility.
Customer could get refunded in terms of credit store. Items which purchased during any promotion or sale are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are responsibilities of the customer.
