Hijab & Me – Shipping Info & Return
Hijab&Me is using PosMalaysia (Malaysia Courier Services) and also Aramex for shipping.
Our aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim also to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible.
Local delivery will be calculate base on weight and we are using PosLaju Service.
For international delivery, the cost of the shipping will be calculated based on the weight, the country where you live in.
The duration of the shipping is depending on when the order is made and also the country where the parcel is sent. All the order made before 12noon on weekdays (excluding public holidays) will be processed on the same day. The order made on the weekend and public holiday will be processed on the first day of the working day after the public holiday. There is also airport transit time which is usually 5-7 days. These transit times are subject to custom’s clearance, transport conditions and volume of mail traffic.
Any customs or import duties charged by the respective country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and the cost might varies from one country to another.

Please inform us the damaged, wrong, faulty or defect item (apart from bought items) by using this email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the time item’s received.
Please note that reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is different than the website”, will not be considered valid grounds and will not be accepted for a refund.
To return the damaged, wrong, faulty or defect items (apart from bought items) within 7 days for local purchased and 28 days for international purchased of receipt date for a refund. Any delay will not be entertained.
Items returned must be in their original condition, which include tags and packaging.
The goods are customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This includes the boxes, packaging and tags. Our company is not responsible for any items that are returned in error.
We recommend you to use any postage service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
The returned costs are customers’ responsibility.
Customer could get refunded in terms of credit store. Items which purchased during any promotion or sale are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are responsibilities of the customer.
